Woosong University, known for its diverse among students cultures , holds a unique festival called Culture Day. During this event, bachelor students, under the guidance of master's and doctoral students, create and perform comprehensive cultural shows that include sound, video, choreography, singing, and traditional martial arts. This festival features distinctive elements such as traditional folk songs and stories from various countries, presented in unique ways that elicit enthusiastic responses from the audience.

The trainees of the Korean Government Scholarship Program for Overseas Government Railway Staffs were invited as audience members to this event, giving them the opportunity to experience a wide range of cultural performances. This experience highlighted that the program offers more than just classes, providing trainees with memorable experiences during their stay in Korea.
