Objectives

• To understand various activities and policies on railway field.
• To learn recent technological developments in high-speed railway.
• To learn the Korean rail policy and management.
• To exchange the views on urgent issues related to the railway fields.
• To strengthen future cooperation with Korea in the global railway network and high-speed railway field.

Full tuition, Full Boarding fees, Monthly living expenses (1,000,000KRW, around 900USD), Dormitory single room
* Living expenses can only be provided during stay in Korea

Qualifications of Applicants

Mandatory

• Be nominated by his/her government
• Be government official or employee in public sector of railway field
• Be in good health both physically and mentally, to undergo the course
• Has not participated in the same KOREA fellowship program in the past 3 years - unless otherwise specified
• Show a high level of participation and commitment throughout the course and promote capacity building in his/her organization after the completion of the program
• Be a government employee in railway field
• Sufficient proficiency in spoken English
• Have a Bachelor’s Degree or higher

Preferable

• Working knowledge of computers and software.
