The overseas government railway trainees, selected for the Korean Government Scholarship Program, recently arrived at Woosong University to start their studies in South Korea. Since they will attend classes at SolBridge International School of Business, their orientation was held there, helping them get familiar with the campus where they’ll be spending most of their time.
Led by Professor Tae-Bong Ahn, the program’s vice director, the orientation provided trainees with essential information on Korean laws, safety, and dormitory life. They also had an opportunity to introduce themselves, fostering connections within the group.
In addition to important information, the session included a campus tour and practical tasks like opening bank accounts, ensuring they’re fully prepared for everyday life. The program will continue to support them until August next year, when they complete their studies and return home.
